MARKETING in the FLOW: CONSULTING SESSION
Interactive consutling session for up to 2 (two) hours. It can be conducted online (Zoom, Teams, Meet) or in-person.
The process covers several important steps:
Step 1: Discovery
Before initiating the consulting meeting, we need to know more about what makes you think you need a marketing operations consultation.
We would like to know the problems and questons identified by yourself and your team.
Step 2: Preparation
Based on the initial information, we do pur homework and prepare for the consultation. The goal is to provide maximum value for the time of the consultation.
Step 3: Discussion
We meet and discuss the problems and questions. We share our insights, suggested solutions, answers. You share your ideas, roadblocks, anything that can help.
The result of our dicsussion would be a well structured strategy and an action plan to improve the situation in question.
Step 4: Report/Follow-Up
We provide the outcome of the consultation in written form (a report/presentation) accompanied with relevant resources.
From this point, you may deside to apply the plan with your team or use our further assistance in terms of detailed audit, training or fusion services.
